Swappam is a gadget exchange platform. You list your gadget, browse others' listings, and propose swaps. You can swap gadget-for-gadget, add a cash top-up, use store credit, or sell outright.

Registering and listing gadgets is free. A small platform hold fee applies when a swap is completed to protect both parties.

Know Your Customer (KYC) is our identity verification process for store owners and vendors. It ensures all commercial sellers are legitimate, building trust across the platform.

Register as a store, complete your KYC documents, and await admin approval. Once approved you will receive the Verified Store badge.

Swap requests automatically expire after 7 days. You will be notified and can re-submit or choose a different listing.
